Can i buy a semi assult rifle in NJ?
I saw this Ak 47, that shyt was awsome.
It came with a scope, tripod, carrier strap, laser sight every thing. its runs for about $799.00
im 18teen in currently in the process of getting my firearms purchaser identification card.
If im am, can i go in the woods and shoot targets like beer bottles?
No you can't, it is illegal for you to do so. Too bad you don't live in Arizona, there it would be perfectly legal.
At that price I can only presume that it is NOT an assault RIFLE, but an assault FIREARM. You have to have your NJ FID, then you have to license the rifle, and you have to be 21 to get the license. You have to prove that public safety and welfare require the issuance of the license and that you are qualified to be issued a handgun license.
