I have a stock Yugo Sks in supposed "unissued" and unused condition. I am thinking about trying Scout Scopes

I know all of the receiver and gas tube scope mounts are 90% trash because of obvious unstableness. But the is a mount from Scout Scopes from here in Texas that mounts on the real leaf sight position. I saw one guy with it at the range and he kept zero all day, and the eye relief wasn't bad either. Im thinking of putting a reflex sight on the mount. What do you guys think of this mount or have you used it or heard of it? I wouldn't modify an "unissued" Yugo. I got one that is my safe queen. I got a feeling that the unissued yugos will turn out like the Russian SKS rifles. Now that the Yugos are plentiful (like the Russians once) people will buy and modify them. 10 years from now, an orignal condition unissued yugo will be a rarity (much like non-refurb Russians). The prices of all grades of Yugo are already going up. I bought my unissued one around 2003 for less than what you would pay a shooter grade (well-used) Yugo today.
