No one really knows what is in store for semi-auto rifles in the near or far off future. All I know is the Democrats hate them and they have absolute control. So it's just a matter of time I guess before we're facing another so called assault weapons ban.
But all isn't lost completely seeing that we won Heller vs D.C. During that case they stated you couldn't ban a typical common firearm. Semi-auto rifles has been in high demand every since the sunset on the 1994 AWB. The election of President Obama was like using gasoline to put out a fire. Arms manufactures sold enough guns and ammo to arm China twice over. So their going to try a new approach, some crap Treaty designed by former President Bill Clinton. This is basically an Arms Treaty with Mexico and is nothing short of a back door Assault Weapon ban...but worse. This will not only effect firearms but will also place a restriction on reloders.
I'm guessing there is going to be another so terrorist attach on U.S. soil that will drive panic in to the homes of every American. This will be used to help pass this Treaty. Ya, it's a theory but look what the attack on the WTC did to our Constitution.
