What Nikon scope?? PLEASE HELP!!!?
Hello, I have a Savage .22 rifle and want to buy a better scope. I want to replace my Tasco 4X15 with a Nice and clear scope.What is a really good Nikon scope for around $90? And is 4X32 good for a .22, I'm using it for long range target practice. And since the Magnification on my Tasco is 4X(and not enough), I'm concerned its not enough...
Should I get the Nikon 4X32 or the Nikon 3-7X32? It says the 3-7X32 is for shot guns, But it could be used with a .22, right? There around the same price...

Nikon 3-7X32 will work and may give you a little more accuracy at 100yds. The 4x is usually fine but,if you want to spend a few dollars more this would be plenty.
Clarity is important....some cheap scopes with China pop bottle glass like one mentioned above will be less clear on 9x than a 4x Nikon.
