What is this scope called? Or is it the scope rings?
In a military magazine i came across about a year ago i saw a picture of a US army sniperman holding a bolt action rifle with 2 optics? There was a primary scope which the caption said had a 12x zoom, and directly on top of this scope was a weaver/picatinny rail, on that was the secondary EOtech reflex sight for CQB im guessing what else right... but anyways how is this done my first guess was a set of rings that might have a strip of weaver some how on top, or an attachment you can buy for a scope of either 1 in, or 30mm... how can i do this, where can i buy it links would be great? The photograph in the mag was small and not very detailed so i couldnt make out how it was done except for what i described...
You are right, they are basically a scope mount with rails on top, I can't give you a specific name since from what I found many places call them something different, here is a link to a possibility and it should get you on the right track.

Another thing you can do is look up the Aimpoint twist mount, it basically designed to have two sights (one reflex/one optic) together with the capability of one of the sights to basically swing out of the way when you don't need it.
