why is my pellet rifle so inaccurate?
ok i got this gun http://www.airgundepot.com/crosman-phantom-kit.html and i shoot it wen lookingthrought the scope and it always shoots down or just misses. ive heard of sighting in the scope...but i have n idea what that is or how to do it. does it matter what the distance is on like it has 25 yards would it matter how far or something. im sorry im new with scopes and this is my first high power pellet rifle. im used to iron sights but yeah i really need help with why my gun is inaccurate and if its my scope and how to fix my scope so its accurate. please help it is greatly appreciated.

All airguns tend to be very particular about the pellets they prefer. You are going to need to try several varieties of high quality pellets to find the ones your rifle is most accurate with.
It is also possible that you may need to install a scope stop.
