How do I adjust a winchester air rifle 4x32 scope? Its like 7 inchs off to the right?
Its off by like 7 inchs to the right and it needs to go down like 2 inchs

What range are you attempting to sight it in for. Generally, most scopes have adjustment knobs on the top and right side. The top knob will move the point of impact up and down. The right knob moves the point of impact left and right.
Most scopes adjust 1/4 inch per click at 100 yards. There should be arrows on the knob showing which way to adjust.
So, to move your point of impact 7 inches to the left, you would turn the right side knob 28 clicks. To lower the point of impact two inches, turn the top knob 8 clicks. This is for a 100 yard impact.
Since you are shooting an air rifle I assume your range is about 25 or 50 yards? For 50 yards you will have to double the number of clicks, i.e., 56 clicks and 16 clicks. For 25 yards, you will have to double it again, i.e., 112 clicks and 32 clicks.
Frankly, I doubt if your scope has that much adjustment room. Your problem may be that the scope is not mounted properly. Check the base and the rings, are they tight and straight? Is the scope in the rings straight? Make sure the screws in the rings are tightened evenly.
Your other problem may be that the barrel on you air rifle is not straight. Can't help you with that one. . .
