Badger Ordnance makes great rails and rings for the 700.
Their one piece rails and rings can take a brutal pounding and are made for tactical and competition use.

Update:
No trouble. Yeah, they are pricey. Unfortunately, I haven't used a solid picatinny mount that isn't :)
There are a couple for like $40 but I don't have any experience with them. Two of my buddies were rockin' a couple of cheap mounts and had issues. Enough so that when I smashed a scope and before I mounted my new scope I just bought another badger. Even Leupold's tac-mount is about $100. Maybe cheaperthandirt.com has something. Or, maybe budsgunshop.com. Good luck on finding the right mount for that 700.
