I prefer the reflex sights (also can be red or green dot), very quick to aim (hence the name) and can have both eyes open without any disorientation.

This one is great for the price, several reticles (can be a dot or cross) and brightness levels to choose from.

The biggest advantage of any scope or reflex sight over iron sights is the field of view - with iron sights the gun itself blocks the lower half (or side, if you shoot gangsta-style of your target area - it is completely blocked and using a reflex or scope will give you a full field view of your target - a great advantage if your target is moving / ducking for cover.
