How to mount a magnifier with red dot scope?

Is a magnifier suppose to go before or after a red dot scope?

What are my chance of getting one to work with this on

Not sure how a magnifier would work on that acog looking scope, most of the time a magnifier would be put behind a aimpoint or eotech.
