Good Scope For My UTG Shadow Ops Sniper?

Ive had this gun for a while (I'm currently saving up for a Gas Blowback) but my old scope broke, and it wasn't a very good scope in the first place, It 'knobs' weren't... correct? Anyway, I'm now looking for a good scope, one that you can zoom in and out of (this is extremely important) and one that has good turning knobs (as in they actually work, this changes the posistion of the scope down the barrel [I don't know the correct term]) as well as a very dark (or illuminated) crosshairs with mil dots (: Thankyou!
