pros and cons of .22lr and .22 wmr magnum?
i am aware of thr price difference. not sure but right now i am leaning toward the magnum just because of power and accuracy i know .177 hmr is good to but the .22 is more accurate and has better stopping power so don't mention it.
I don't have my liscense yet i have to wait a few more weeks for it . I want to use to shoot targets i am going to get a nice scope on it and a bi pod most likely the savage 93. I like it because its more powerful and faster and can hit farther away i am essentially making it a '' sniper rifle'' that is bad ass and may be used to hunt coyotes one day

Take it from someone who has shot both, the .17 HMR is way more accurate than the .22 magnum, shoots flatter, and hits like a truck full of TNT. As far as making it a "sniper rifle that is bad@55", just buy a .22lr. Ammo is cheap and fun to shoot. It's not going to be bad@55 anyway, it's a .22 for chrissakes!
I don't know about shooting yotes with a .22 rimfire either, unless they are very close. I'd use a bigger gun.
