Just got a Winchester model 670 30/06 springfield, what is the best hunting scope i can get for this?
Im going to hunting deer, elk and bear.
G'day mate,the type of scope depends on what type of land yr hunting on if it is thick bush ill would use iron sights but if it is a bit more open like 100 yards seeing distance i would go for a Burris black diamond with a 30mm tube or one of the other Burris scopes.Don't put a crap scope on a good rifle trust me mate go for Leopold or Burris but Burris is a better scope better clarity and they have a 14 pound spring where others only have a 7 to 9 pound you cant go wrong don't buy cheap because you'll be spending more on another scope because they cant handle the recoil,Burris also come out with a posi lock.It's better to shoot and be accurate,America has a good rifle scope try them out u wont be sorry. cheers mate
