Yes, there is a cantilever fourth rail on top visable behind the cocking handle. By the way, I like the CQB Scope you've selected. Good price, too.
The silencer will fit the Mp5J as listed in the second column list of guns the silencer can be adapted to fit.
Looks like it'd make a heck of a setup to me!
